These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Newport Everyday Services ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 3345 Newport Blvd. Suite 202, Newport Beach, CA 92663. By scheduling, requesting, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Newport Everyday Services offers personal assistance and errand support, including shopping, appointment scheduling, accompaniment to medical appointments, local transportation, and similar everyday tasks. Specific services and pricing will be agreed upon between you and us prior to performance.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Service requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a request when needed.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., groceries, prescriptions, parking) are the responsibility of the client and will be reimbursed to us in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your needs and any relevant health or accessibility considerations.
• Treat our staff with courtesy and respect.
• Provide reasonable access and authorization when we are running errands on your behalf.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

We are not a licensed medical, legal, or financial provider. Our staff offer non-medical companionship and logistical support and do not provide medical care, medication administration, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newport Everyday Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Newport Everyday Services and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of inaccurate information you provide or your misuse of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may discontinue services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
